This. There should be a "no tolerance" policy for all these hacked weapons/gear.

If they have them in their inventory, they knowingly bought the damned hack/the item to have it and they are equally as liable as the hackers are. They are too soft with their consequences.
Nexon likes to assume that most of the community is legit, but ignorant or innocent enough to not realize that they shouldn't buy hacked equips or enter suspicious/illegal transactions. If only their heads would just come out of their asses a little more....
