Good luck spending enough on top/bottoms to offset as little as +15 att and +2 all skills or as much as +30 att and 30% boss which are completely separate from the actual overall, bro.

Eh... at present my top+bottom is 15% str, 43 str, 19 dex... both parts are epic. With some hammer slot scrolling, it'll be 47 str, just needs a cash infusion. And with Legendary coming, it is basically 12-21% extra str compared to an overall.

Chaosing to decent att is by no means cheap, not that how I've scrolled mine was.
