 Going to beat myself over this once-a-opportunity game for having epic fail map awareness

Ugh. Really. Gay. I made my share of mistakes that should not have happened (a la tunnel vision), and the enemy team - according to Stonewall himself - was mispositioned, including Graves, especially during the last teamfight. And here's one thing I should've beaten myself up about: Not exhausting GP when he came to instagib me. Had I done so, he couldve gotten killed, and I couldve repositioned myself to DPS the rest of the enemy team down.

 Analysis of my fails

- At the very last teamfight, enemy GP comes bumrushing towards me. I make the mistake of:
1) Run away from him, should've fought back instead
2) FORGET TO EXHAUST WHEN IT WAS AVAILABLE (FML)
3) Use my ulti as a defensive measure, or if I had applied #1 and #2 in a positive manner, use it offensively and put myself in a better position to kill him.
4) Had I done all of that, GP would be down. Since rest of the enemy team didn't have much damage (including Graves, except his ultimate), I wouldve simply repositioned myself and DPSed the rest of the team down really easily. They had no armor, which I was not fully aware of until after the game (another epic fail). Had I gotten full build (getting Black Cleaver, which I was working on, sell my Wriggles to get BT, and then get something defensive like Guardian Angel or Banshee's Veil), I would be pretty be steamrolling over anyone really easily. Not joking about that.

Also, overall, my positioning was an issue, as I found myself getting targeted ever frigging single teamfight. That's something - along with having awareness issues - that need to be worked on. A lot

(Also Stonewall was hounding our WW for not counterpicking well vs GP and ulting him (hi oranges?) or Lee Sin during teamfights)
