Foreign Asian students cheat like mad on college apps

Can someone explain to me the racism in that article. I mean, I can see it's a bit extreme, but I don't see how it's racist. I'm asking out of genuine concern by the way.

Asians in the States have the stereotype that they drive slow and such. With that in mind, take a look at this quote:

The guy that was quoted was likely not being intentionally racist in any manner, but coincidentally, others saw it as racist comment, lol
