The only thing they want is money, which is logical, because they're a company. They were not made to made your free time fill up as nicely as possible, they are made to make as much money as possible.

They're doing a rather poor job of making the most money possible. With a moderate investment in a few areas this game could be a lot bigger than it is and raking in even more dough than it already is. Being profitable is not the same as making as much money as possible, it's just making enough money to make your endeavors worthwhile.

Pretty simply if the game were better it would make more money - that is where Nexon fails as both a business and game manager.
