Arcane Aim is really good if you are bossing or training at LHC (read high HP monsters), if you are training somewhere where you kill monsters in 2 hits it's not that important.
I support the notion of getting 10 buff mastery before putting a second point in paralyze or ME, unless you have way more than 300 total matk.
