I used to feel really sorry for people who could honestly call themselves legit, and got banned. Then LHC hacks got out of hand.
Now I just laugh, don't even have an arrow in my knee or anything.
That I can believe, having seen it time and time again. On the other hand, since nexon really has said nothing, I don't think it's possible to say for certain if all the events were planned out or not. It doesn't matter in the least whether or not that's correct right now anyway.

It's their standard operating procedure to milk money out of a feature then make it more readily available to the plebes in an ever increasing over-indulgence so that the best is never best for long before something comes along to make it look boring and ordinary.
