Buff Mastery increases your damage by a LOT, 30 matk for 10 points is likely to be a 15% increase in your damage (depending how much matk you already have) and it's also quite nice not having to rebuff that often =D
I would say it's probably even better than getting more levels on paralyze in terms of damage.

I'd also get 1 point in Big Bang and Meteor Shower because they are pretty strong and useful in certain situations.
Getting a point in Ifrit can be nice for that 11% elemental resistance, but it's not essential.

So the plan is, 1 big bang, 1 ifrit, 1 meteor. then max buff mastery while im doing the 5 level quest to 130. What about arcane aim ? is one point in it even remotely useful ?
