I asked this before and people have told me the overall is only better if you have the 4+ set bonus active, but that's with the currently glitched Empress.

Overall will loose against top and bottom unless you have the full 140 set and/or have some heavy ass attack chaosed onto it. Legendary potetial tier only increase that gap.
The Lionheart helm is better than the C zak, you trade the 10% HP for 300 HP, a few STR and DEX and 1 att if the helm is clean, so there is really no reason not to get that if you already plan on getting gloves and shoes.
