This problem has been festering as long as glitch LHC has been around (longer if you think sped up leveling was illegitimate enough). Game culture hasn't addressed what is or is not legitimate. Is leeching somehow worse because there's a hacker in the party now? Even when the actual method is precisely the same?
I really think a strikes policy rather than an instant kick policy should be adopted for guildies you catch leeching from a hacker. As Stereo points out, standard operating procedure can easily land someone legitimate in a hacker's party. Ultimately we are going to have to change our party behavior while this hack is around, but till then I think it's overly harsh if we're kicking people on sight who may have not intended any contact with a hacker. Scare them into making sure it doesn't happen again, but our guilds are probably under enough stress as it is, kicking the actual hackers and being generally vigilant.
