In aram, sight/oracle wards dont have that much of a effect agains a shaco since the boxes will appear when you try to destroy them most of the time unless you use skills, and shaco deceive its only a few seconds of duration and anyway if a shaco uses it he will immediatly attack someone (Due to the flash component of it, you will most likely be already near your target) or if he uses it to escape he will only get a headstart due to the miniflash of deceive, the steath its just a cherry on top of the cupcake, so buying wards/oracle against a shaco its not the same as using them against a eve/twitch where you will shut them down pretty badly, or against a Wukung that tries to poke your team with his E and escape with his W (Since he doesnt get any flash out of it, he needs to walk the distance unlike shaco)
