I don't remember the part about the talking weapons.

The cut scene could be updated though it's not terribly important. It's just meant to show off Aran anyway.
Then again, it would be cooler if they just updated Aran's entire intro to include the other Heroes in some fashion.

Strange, because I remember the part about talking weapons also when I made my Aran on the release date.

For another example, I also seem to remember that the Aran cutscene mentioned that the heroes were sealed along with their memories (can't remember the exact wording), which heavily implied that all of the heroes lost their memories, but apparently that's only the case for Aran.

Even if the previous storylines don't directly clash with what Nexon's coming up with right now, I still get a very strong feeling of inconsistency when reading through the new plot backstory. It's like, rather than feeling that I suddenly understand more about the backstory and that it all makes more sense now, I actually have a lot more questions and doubts about how everything worked out as it did.
