Considering how much i use time leap at 20 minutes, 25 minutes isn't much of a difference, and it literally saves lives and feeds africa more often than not. When i have decCO/CO it becomes 20/15 minutes...and that's pretty f'ucking sweet. It can also let you use nautilus twice if you for some reason have a ton of mobs that won't die easily on the screen. (which charges energy, by the way)

Certainly a lot more useful than +5% base stats and - however many hundreds of millions you spent to pass the book only to find that it's a REALLY common skill anyway.

I didn't even put 1 point into nautilus until 157 after maxing blast. And that guy who said he'd put into MW probably already spent the hundreds of millions to have MW, so he would probably feel like he wasted money if he didn't put into it. The +5% is also boosted because your %str equips get even more str. The more base, the more your potential helps.

Anyway this thread is moot now because I already decided on it, and then a few days ago I got hacked so idgaf about maple anymore.
