So right now I'm thinking about buying Skarnersssss and/or Lee Sin next. I'm leaning towards getting Skarnersss first since he's pretty damn good right now, especially in the jungle.
I have these questions regarding da Skarnersss
1) What is the most optimal build for him? From what I've seen, he goes Wriggles, Merc Treads, Triforce, Wit's End, then build tanky (or maybe get a Hextech Gunblade?)
2) Does x9 AS red, x9 armor seals, x9 MR glyphs, plus x3 MS quints work well for him? If not, what is the best runepage setup for him?
3) What is the order for ranking his abilities?
Pretty much irelia but you can opt to be more hybridized.
Wriggles, boots, Sheen, boots 2. From there you build more tanky if you need to and eventually finish triforce if you feel tanky enough or need more damage on the team. More damage items can be anything really. Wits end, atmogs/ atmallet, ghostblade, cleaver, gunblade, rageblade, etc.
