So I was on my islander, hanging out in cc1 Split Road. People were asking me how I was level 43, did I come back somehow, was I a hacker, etc.
One of them said that I must have been really dedicated. He buddied me, then went poof. He came back and told me to go into the Cash Shop. Lo' and behold, he had gifted me the Death Package.
So yea. Free NX, which I didn't even ask for or knew I was getting. I <3 low levels.
