Also a protip for bot and top: If you think codemn someone into a wall thats near a bush its a great idea, i will say its not unless you have some sort of vision (Ward/Minion/Teammate) of the bush since you could lose a sec or 2 walking to the inside of the bush or you are just using it to escape.
My two cents on the matter.
I'm thinking right now I'm experiencing the third of the three.
I don't try to harass with Condemn, the cooldown's too long. I use Condemn when I'm going to (try to) kill them. I bounced an Udyr off a wall once, he didn't get stunned.
