The decision of what class to play is entirely up to you. Sins are indeed much more expensive than Xbowmen, but if you play a class boring to you you'll quit. Go to http://www.hidden-street.net and look at all the skills for the two classes, including 4th job skills. The set of skills that you like the best should determine what you play.
