Why give 2 attack buffs at the same job if one won't stack with the other?

When someone says it doesn't stack they mean it doesn't stack with other non-stackable buffs/potions.
ie: Rage doesn't stack, but you can have Advance Bless stacking with your Rage simply because Advance Bless does stack.
So in this case, Blessing+Might stack simply because Might stacks.
Stack+Stack=>Stacks
Stack+NoStack=>Stacks
nonStack+nonStack=> Doesn't stack
