Why would you have windswept as a priest? If you're going for an inquisitor though, I guess you'd get the fierce plate and windswept. Otherwise as support, you don't need that.
Ultimate is only good if you plan on attack stacking FD later on. It's useless at low quantities. Spirited would be a good choice imo. As full support, I'd like to think about what yield me maximum survivability. So my priest would have sturdy and probably adorned in the future.
So that'd be:
Life
Health
Mystical
Wise
Sturdy
Adorned
Spirited
Then maybe:
Willful / Unyielding / Lucky
This is full support fyi. If you want more damage then replace my support crests with Windswept, Fierce, and ultimate (if you plan to stack) or a plate that has a good option.
I don't recall any boss having a high crit stat so I'm not sure why you'd want lucky though.
