Sooo....Google's being creative this holiday season on its website. Here's what you guys need to do to see it.
1. Go to Google's homepage
2. Type in "let it snow", press enter
3. ????
4. Be mesmerized!

Once the Easter Egg settles in, you can "write" on the screen by left clicking your left mouse key.
