Make a cannonner and farm coins and scroll yourself one 
At least that's what i want to do with a cannon. The 40% 5 atk + 3all stats is just awesome.
General rule of thumb is get a weapon with the highest attack possible within your price range. 3% strength is good, but it's not much to top a good bunch of attack. I say aim for 105+, 110 is even better.
