What about a 200 attack craven?
A 296 attack weapon?
They're exempt?
Deleting the weapon and/or hellbanning anyone with a weapon over the 255 (?) limit is a viable solution.
Punishes the hackers and the people who buy off hackers.
Also, all 27att VSS with a certain nametag.

Nametag? Why nametag? Delete all 27+ attack vss.
If anyone claims to have made a legitimate one, they are welcome to submit a ticket with video proof.

Also, deleting all 301+ cravens, 596+ stonetooths, and 301+ nisrocks, would get rid of 99% of the ee-hacked weapons in the game. Let's start with that. If hackers then start duping a 200 att craven, get rid of those.
It's of course possible, for each weapon type, to calculate the highest possible legitimate attack. But I doubt Nexon would bother.
