No, I don't think it's going to be that high. There will probably be a lot of maps with existing crimsonwood monsters on them (perhaps in single-species maps since that seems to be one of the major complaints about Crimsonwood). That's not to say there won't be guardians inside, nor does it mean there won't be new strong monsters, but it's rather ridiculous to assume everything inside the Keep will be 120+.
Not to mention Crimsonwood Keep part 2 would mean more new awesome quests and equips :/
