Did you and Sapta check that they put the decent skills on a macro? This bug only occurs when you put it on a macro button otherwise, if you press the skill regularly nothing wrong happens. It could very well be a class specific bug though which I'm not certain about but, I only have 1 character with decent door. The macro doesn't have to have words to cause the issue though.
