I was talking with bob about this girl last night. My conclusion is that her "charm" taunt will be the first thing to get nerfed.
It's the only spell like it in the game: A taunt that does damage upon casting, and fox receives no incoming damage for using it.
There is no reason for it's duration to scale all the way up to 2 seconds, it will likely be flatlined with a higher start duration and lower end duration for each rank respectively.
Let's not get started on charm's 975 range either, shen is probably rolling over in his grave right now.
