I'm expecting and possibly hoping that Big Momma is actually Lola's mom. Remember when Lola gave Luffy her mom's Vivre Card? She said her mom was a famous captain in the New World if Luffy ever wanted to find her. Big Momma might really fit the description well. Besides, her silhouette makes it clear she's ugly, like Lola and Kokoro ugly. Definitely fit to be Lola's mom.
Besides, I want to see the Straw Hats finally move on, not hang around for a whole new set of fights- there just wouldn't be sufficient enough exposition for the fights. I would describe this as a moment maybe closer to Aokiji coming in after Luffy won the Davy Back fight. The only thing is, Luffy just can't lose right now. It would undermine the progress that the Straw Hats have made over the timeskip, in my opinion. If we had Luffy meet Big Momma and if she really is Lola's mother, we'll probably see Big Momma as an ally for Luffy and decide not to wreck up the island as a friendly gesture to Luffy.
