[v1.04] Legend Patch Glitches and Bugs

Not sure why it's doing it for me then on my Battlemage.. i've tried it in different orders but it keeps doing it o.o

I can confirm that this bug happens for BaMs, you don't even need anything else on and it still happens. However, my decent haste only seems to recast itself 5 times and then stops. Still, its kinda annoying to see it keep recasting for no reason lol. Decent SE is working properly though.

Oh, and for #1 isn't the walking animations only screwed up if you use a weapon you gained from VPQ (alien pq whatever you want to call it)? I don't see anything wrong happening if you use any other weapons.
