L> new recipe material lists

All I know is that they use Superior Item Crystals. I bought a couple out of the coin shop, saw that they used Superiors, and gave up on making them.
But I too would like an updated list of all the recipes.

Superiors aren't THAT bad to get if you farm 110 equips in future henesys...sure, it would be much easier if they would activate the damned 2x drop, but still, I can get like 4-5 SICs from disassembling dragon equips per hour if I get lucky with drops in mutant snails or one of the other mobs that drops at least 3 different 110 equips.
