Fastest (2) is the speed with Booster and Speed Infusion for I/L, F/P, and Bishops.
Illusion was never telecast-able, always had to wait for the skill to finish then teleport. Unsure how it would look like at it's new speed though and if it was made to be telecastable. Blaze was the only skill we could really telecast with, that actually did something.
