Are you claiming that, if people found themselves unable to copy the Battleship/Transform skills, they would not make a Phantom at all?
Like hell they wouldn't.
No idiot would decide whether or not to make this class based on whether or not he can ride around in a Battleship.
He'd just go make a Sair.
Buccs don't actually need Transform's animations to pull off the skills that require transform since the animations exist for the standard sprites, so that's a null point anyway.
