[Quest Specialist] Medal's requirement is unintentionally (?) halved. For example, if you have completed 700 quests, it says 1400 / 800 and you're eligible for the medal.
When I finished a quest (and by a 'quest', I do mean a single part - I'm fully aware of how this medal works and have done it properly on one character), the counter went up by 2.

Didn't think of taking screenshots of before / after, but I guess that doesn't prove much.
Also, when I MTS items, they disappear forever.
