These may be insignificant to you, but to newbies they could be a gamebreaker.
1. When doing Thief quests, if you open your quest log in the Subway, the game will outright freeze. (I said freeze, not d/c)
2. In Ellinia, the General Shop and Weapon Shop have been switched. In addition, a necessary quest item for the Magician questline is outright not there (item in question is "Dry Treats").
I'll go down more paths to figure out how many questlines are bugged, but for now I can say with certainty that Warrior is safe, as is Bowman (?). Not sure about Pirate Explorer, as I wanted to test them when Cannoneers were all gone from the vicinity of Nautilus.
