Right now it's only happening to my Paladin and no I don't have any of the untradeable CS Items. The character is only 2 weeks old. I also noticed that when I MTS things on that particular character, (Work Gloves, Bain Weapons) the item just ends up disappearing, so I have to MTS on another character just to get NX.
