Easy way to get legend coins?

We're talking about farming coins not simply having 3 level 10 professions.

Okay.
Here:
It takes less than 10 minutes to get 2 professions to 10, and about 10-15m.
More efficient to do smithing/crafting+mining and alchemy+herbalism maybe.
But my point still remains. 20-30m to get 70 coins in 20 minutes?
