Yea Kataras are generaly much more expensive, but they are also duped to hell in Khaini so you never know. Thinking about it I'll pass on a VIP katara simply because it is so ugly. What I really want is a Baselard.
About the cape, I aint really sure what i want for it. I guess something in the lines of what you get for a 15% LUK normal cape + a billion or two for the 8 att and "rarity." Idealy It would be part of the trade for a Baselard. I really hate how little mesos are really worth these days. Trades gets so tricky.
