"Unavailable while transforming" message

Just started getting this message on my Bucc now, I've got it while I'm transformed and fighting, and at random times including traveling to ToT transformed as a dragon.

No, I do not have any points in Dash, I just recently did an SP reset and reassigned my skills, but I got no Dash or anything different, I just added more Orb and Snatch, and that's about the difference in my build.

Anyone else experimenting the same?

Do you have a helmet with a % chance to do an expression? Also, sometimes when I'm going to ToT it says that when my ABR tries to buff me.
