KMST 1.2.411 - Phantom

Another quick question, if you steal a skill when your talent of the phantom thief is lower level than the skill,
When your talent of the phantom thief skill is increased, does the skill level also increase?
(What I mean is, does it mean that (skill) is recorded at XYZ level, or skill is recorded at it's own level and can only be used at XYZ level?)
(Confusing but...well I don't know how else to ask.)

It adds to phantom thief even if you have a dif skill there, so erm

2 in phantom thief when you steal a 20 rapid fire or w/e will only be at the skill lvl 2 stats


30 in phantom thief when you steal a 20 rapid fire or w/e will only be at the skill lvl 20 stats
