Hahaha I just realized Spike's gonna be his baby size forever.

Awesome episode. I like how Spike is slowly growing into his mature stages because of his greed. Is that how the previous dragons got their giant form? And is that the only way to grow up? It's funny how Twilight is a big organized-freak in this episode with all the re-shelving she has to do. The relationship between Rarity and Spike was definitely improving and taken more seriously, I thought it was cute of Spike lending his fire ruby to Rarity and she got over-excited about his gift. In the end, when Spike was about to tell his secret and Rarity shut him up, somehow I think Rarity knows he has a crush on her. I lol'ed at how Pinkie Pie was completely blown away by Spike smashing through Sugarcube Corners and Applejack dragging her. I like Rainbow Dash's character a lot more here than her previous episodes. She was actually a selfless hero for once and even stood up to greedy Spike (lol'ed at Fluttershy trying to calm him down while Rainbow Dash was demanding.)

I didn't like how Rarity was completely oblivious that was Spike. Purple skin, green scales it's so obviously Spike. I totally saw that ending coming, with the fire ruby and flashback and all. Seems like his generous side and love for Rarity transformed him back into his normal state.

This episode did not disappoint me in the least. Hmm I wonder about those capes at the end.
