For all we know the servers probably were not suppose to be back up. Usually when they finish early don't they update the notice and say the sc is complete? I know their track record regarding warnings about bringing the servers down isn't that great, but when it comes to saying when its safe to get back online they do.

Would you like a screenshot of it? They -did- complete it, the uncompleted it an hour after the fact.
