No...? Don't they only have the skill for a short time and they need a bishop to steal it from in the first place?

I thought it stayed until you choose to remove it, based on this post:

For Basilers:

You can use the skill you stole even after the character in which you stole a skill from has left the map. The skill stays with you permanently unless you choose to remove it.

But even then, given how many people have HS mules, it wouldn't be too hard to get HS and Bless and toss the Bishop aside.
