link skills = beginner skills on legend classes that give cool stuff.
Cannoneer's buff is +15 all stats and 5% hp/mp for example.
Level the link character to level 70 and you'll be able to "link" it with another character on your account and they will both share the buff. kinda like the original cygnus blessing, except 1 to 1 instead of global.
