Nexon broke their Karma Coin validation.
Fixed; Their website improved a bit since this post so they must of fixed the error. I tried again and it worked fine

Pure Waters are usually in the "higher-ish level shops", not in any of the newbie towns. Florina might have them, I usually went to the Ant Tunnel shop for them.
