Sometimes when you try to gather herbs/ores from veins, after the bar at the top fills you just stand there like an idiot instead of the ores/herbs dropping.
It's been happening since professions came out, but yeah.
Also not 100% sure if it happens w/ the default shovel/pickaxe though, since I swear it didn't start happening again until I switched to the cool gold one.
