Can anyone confirm or deny that character transfers (and name changes) are instant now as opposed to the old wait-until-a-server-check way?
I remember reading a post by -Hime- saying they would be instant, but knowing Nexon they might have just cut their loses when trying to code that and implemented the old method again.
