"Clean" means without buffs, by definition. You might say that "clean range" is a meaningless stat because it never comes into play, but that doesn't change its definition.
If what matters to you is the "self buffed" range, post it and call it by its proper name.
Apple is a potion, not a skill, so no. It isn't something you provide from your "self" either. What made you think this was a good example to argue against my opinion?
