So, rules are here:
1. You get 3 votes.
2. You can vote for any game released anywhere(even Japan Only games)
3. You can only vote for a game once. You can also only vote choose to use a few of you're votes.
4. If a Game gets 5 votes, It is in the final vote round.
5. Tiebreaker rules will be posted if more than 10 games are in final round.
6. Nomination will be one week long. After that, I will tally up the final round games, and if needed, do a tiebreaker.
7. No Online games.
