Ah, well going by their descriptions they're probably supposed to be USE items, lol
Seems like they accidentally put em in as ETC, OR left 'em as ETC in Tespia so no one would know the prizes until it went live. xP

That, or they're meant to be traded in to someone(who I guess could eat them?), but I'd guess the USE thing.
