Are you asking about differences in the two games?
Major differences:
- Dota has a much greater variety in hero design. This is the greatest aspect of Dota, in my opinion.
- Disables and position-altering skills are much more prevalent and powerful, making positioning more important.
- No bushes. Tons of (destructible) trees and hidden pathways through trees.
- Towers have more health but do less damage. You aren't safe at your tower.
- All carries in LoL are soft carries in Dota. Supports don't scale well in Dota.
- No free Recalls back to base. You pay 135 gold for a town portal scroll, which has a 1 min cd but can be used to teleport both to your base and any tower. This gives teams much greater mobility.
- Courier. You can buy a mule that can move items around the map. You spend very little time in your base.
- There is much less passive regen in Dota. Few heroes have skills that are made to be spammed on cd, and autoattack is significantly more important. Active items and abilities are much more powerful than in LoL.
- No Summoner skills. Common skills come in the form of active abilities for items, of which there are tons. Very few items only boost stats.
- Denies. You can deny creeps, towers, and even heroes (in certain situations).
