it's been stated before, but I'll give you my version.
you get 1 potion per legend character(CS, DS and Mercedes).
if you remake them, you will not get it.
they can be transfered to another character, but it is limited to 1 potion per character.
But it isn't 1 potion per Legend. It is 2 (10-30 and 31-70).
