of course they count, however you only need 170+dex to equip the set, once you have the full or good part of the set equipped, the amount of dex required diminishes greatly.

my agares set requires 160 dex, i have 178 dex with it equipped, but if i unequip my 3 dex ring, my dex goes down to like 120~130 and set unequips. i equip the ring again, and voila.

So there's no risk of the equips becoming unequipped through some other problem? Good to know. I'll probably go with this plan.

You'd be better off scrolling them with the super cheap accessory dex 60s from the turkey event.
